2. Obtain the name, address, telephone number, driver's license number, insurance information, date of birth and license plate of the at-fault driver.

4. Contact your insurance company regarding the accident.
5. Contact an attorney prior to providing the at-fault driver's insurance company with information regarding the accident.
6. Contact the Oregon Department of Transportation in order to determine whether you will need to file an accident report with the State of Oregon.
